We measure, cut and sew each screen to order in our own workshop. It holds itself in place with magnets and a weighted hem, so there's nothing to screw or glue into your van.

Most van screens are built for someone else's van
"Custom" usually means "custom for a model on our list." If your van is older, imported or self-built, or you need a window done, you're stuck with universal or a weekend of duct tape. We build to your numbers instead.

Will it fit my van?
Almost certainly, because we build to your measurements, not to a fixed model list. Tell us the opening (sliding door, window, barn doors) and the size, and we make the screen to suit. Not sure how to measure? Our guide walks you through it in two steps.
Do I need to drill or glue anything?
No. The screen holds on with MagnetX™ magnets and a weighted bottom hem. Vans are steel, so the magnets grip the door frame directly. For non-metal window frames we include a slim magnetic strip, still no holes and no permanent damage.
Will it stay up when the van gets hot?
Yes. The seal is magnetic, not sticky tape, so there's nothing to peel off in the heat, a common failure point with adhesive and velcro screens in the Australian sun.
Does it keep mozzies and flies out?
That's the job. The E-glass fibreglass mesh blocks mosquitoes and flies while still letting the breeze through, and the tight weave is fine enough to keep midges and sandflies out too.
Can I take it off to drive?
Yes. It comes off in seconds and folds down small for storage. It's designed for when you're parked up, not for driving with it fitted.
How long until it arrives?
Each screen is made to order in our own workshop, then shipped to Australia. You'll get a dispatch estimate at checkout before you pay.
