The website moskera.com is published by Moskera SAS, a company specialised in custom-made magnetic fly screens made from fibreglass.

2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Moskera SAS and its customers, both individuals and professionals, when purchasing products on moskera.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products and Target Audience

Moskera SAS offers custom-made magnetic fly screens made from fibreglass, available in three product categories:
- For doors
- For windows
- Large sizes

Accessories and spare parts for these fly screens are also available for purchase on our website.

Products are primarily intended for individuals (B2C) but can also be ordered by professionals (B2B).

4. Ordering Process

4.1. Placing an Order

Orders are placed exclusively online on moskera.com. Customers can customise their fly screens by choosing:
- Dimensions (width and height)
- Colour (white or black)
- Number of panels (central splits)

4.2. Prices

Prices vary depending on the market, dimensions, and selected options:

Australia
- From AU$59.99 for a standard door fly screen (70x210 cm)
- From AU$59.99 for a window fly screen (50x50 cm)
- From AU$199.99 for a custom made large-size fly screen

New Zealand
- From NZ$59.99 for a standard door fly screen (70x210 cm)
- From NZ$59.99 for a standard window fly screen (50x50 cm)
- From NZ$199.99 for a custom made large-size fly screen

United Kingdom
- From £29.99 for a standard door fly screen (70x210 cm)
- From £29.99 for a standard window fly screen (50x50 cm)
- From £99.99 for a custom made large-size fly screen

United States
- From US$39.99 for a standard door magnetic screen (28" x 83")
- From US$39.99 for a standard window magnetic screen (20" x 20")

Accessories and spare parts are priced separately and displayed on the website according to the selected market.

5. Payment

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Credit card via Stripe.
- 4x instalments with Klarna (interest-free).
- PayPal.

5.2. Payment Security

Transactions are encrypted and secure. No banking information is stored by Moskera SAS.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery Times

For Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, all fly screens (standard and custom-made) as well as spare parts require 6 to 9 business days for production, followed by home delivery within 48 to 72 hours.

The delivery partner used depends on the destination country:
- Australia: Australia Post
- New Zealand: Aramex NZ
- United Kingdom: Evri
- United States: USPS

We also deliver to several European countries. For Europe, delivery is free from €25. Delivery times are approximately similar, and the available carriers are displayed at checkout.

6.2. Delivery Fees

Home delivery is free from:
- AU$50 in Australia
- NZ$50 in New Zealand
- £25 in the United Kingdom
- US$30 in the United States
- €25 in several European countries

Delivery charges and available carriers are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the weight and volume of the order.

6.3. Delivery Tracking

A tracking number is provided to the customer by email once the order has been shipped.

7. Returns and Warranty

7.1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 30 days from receipt of the product to return standard-sized items for any reason. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.2. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is found, all products (standard or custom) may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 14 days of receipt.

For custom products, a ±1 cm tolerance applies. This is standard in the textile industry due to variations in cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. Variations equal to or less than 1 cm are not considered defects and do not justify returns or refunds.

7.3. Return Procedure

The customer must contact customer service at contact@moskera.com to obtain return authorisation. Return shipping costs are covered by Moskera SAS once the return request has been approved.

8. Privacy Policy

Moskera SAS is committed to protecting customer data. Information collected (name, address, email, phone number) is used only to:
- Process orders
- Ensure deliveries

Data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

9.1. Responsibility of Moskera SAS

Moskera SAS undertakes to:
- Deliver products that conform to the order
- Refund or replace defective products

9.2. Limitation of Liability

Moskera SAS declines all liability in cases of:
- Issues with carriers
- Improper use of products by the customer

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, customers can contact Moskera SAS at contact@moskera.com. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the Court of Montpellier, France.

In accordance with European regulations, customers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: link to platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of moskera.com (designs, logos, texts, images) are the exclusive property of Moskera SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Moskera SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. New terms will take effect once published on the site. Last update of these Terms and Conditions: 23 March 2026.
