How do I choose the right size for my door?

Start by carefully measuring the width and height of your door. If your dimensions match one of our standard sizes, choose it; otherwise go for made-to-measure , crafted to your exact dimensions for a perfect fit. Do I need to drill? Can I install it myself?

No drilling, no tools : installation takes around ten minutes. Start by degreasing and drying the perimeter of the opening to ensure optimal adhesion. Fix the adhesive hook-and-loop strip to the frame, aligning it with the edges, then position the screen: it bonds instantly to the strip, with no adjustment needed. Anyone can do it, without help, and the screen stays repositionable at any time. At the end of the season, it removes cleanly, leaving no residue or marks on the surface. Installation guide

What surfaces can it be fitted to?

It holds on the vast majority of frames: PVC, aluminium, varnished or painted wood, and lacquered metal . What matters is a flat, clean, dry surface around 2 cm all around the opening. Porous or rough surfaces (render, bare brick, untreated wood, plastered walls) hold the adhesive less well: in that case, fix the screen to the door frame rather than the wall.

What are the delivery times?

Standard sizes are in stock and shipped within 24 h (excluding weekends and public holidays). Made-to-measure orders are crafted in our workshop within 7 days, then shipped. Delivery then takes place within 48 h after dispatch. Delivery & returns

What warranty do you offer? Can I get a refund?

What's the difference with the Large Opening model?

Our door screen is perfectly suited to entrance doors as well as French doors: it has a single central magnetic opening. The Large Opening model becomes preferable in two cases: very wide spans, which need reinforced hold, and setups requiring several openings. What advanced customisations are possible?

Beyond made-to-measure, several options are available: an off-centre opening (the split shifted left or right), different colours for the frame and the mesh, and other specific adjustments. Add your requests in the order note at checkout, or use the quote simulator for a tailored request.

Can my pets get through the door?

Yes, and it's one of the great strengths of the magnetic system. Cats and dogs push the split open with their nose or body: the magnets part and then close on their own behind them, without letting anything in. Show them the way once, gently guiding them, and they pick up the habit within minutes. Perfect for letting them come and go freely while keeping insects out.

Does the mesh let air and light through?

Yes. Our E-glass fibreglass mesh lets fresh air and light flow through while keeping insects out: you keep your view and your ventilation.

How do I clean it? Does it come off easily?

A wipe with a damp sponge or soapy water is enough. It comes off and back on in one motion thanks to the magnets: handy for cleaning or storing off-season.

How to Measure?

How to measure properly? (Method A or B)

A: Measuring inside the frame?
➜ Add +4 cm width and +2 cm height (Velcro strips are 2 cm wide).

B: Measuring the final installation area (outside / inside)?
➜ No need to add anything, measure right down to the floor.

Worried it might be too long?
➜ You can fold the bottom slightly without affecting use.

Tip: Round your measurements up
➜ Better a little bigger than too small 😉

How to Install?

5 Easy Installation Steps

Carefully clean the frame of your door with a damp cloth, then let it dry for 1 minute.

Unroll the double-sided tape, measure it, then cut it into 3 pieces (2 equal heights and 1 width).

Remove the adhesive backing from each strip, then apply them around the edge of your frame (except at the bottom).

Press firmly on each Velcro strip to ensure maximum hold. If needed, add extra tape or small nails depending on your frame type.

Attach and align the magnetic fly screen, Velcro to Velcro. Check positioning and adjust if necessary. Enjoy your screen and a bug-free summer!

🔹 Note: The magnets are already integrated and discreetly hidden in the centre strip of the fly screen.
