1. Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours after receipt. For made-to-measure products, manufacturing may take up to 7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees: Shipping is free on all orders over C$50. Exact shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Options: We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
- Canada:
- Standard sizes: dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, then 5 to 7 business days to your door with Canada Post.
- Made-to-measure: manufacturing up to 7 days, then 5 to 7 business days with Canada Post.
- Rest of the world: all products, usually between 6 and 9 business days.
4. Parcel Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time until delivery.
5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We will not be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is identified before shipment, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.
6. Delivery Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues. We will inform you as soon as possible in case of a delay and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
