Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation

In accordance with consumer law, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products, without having to give any reason. At Moskera, we go further: we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order for eligible products.

Products concerned

Standard products (fixed sizes, non-personalised): returnable, exchangeable and refundable under the conditions below, within 30 days of receipt.

Made-to-measure or personalised products: in accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, mosquito nets made to your specifications (dimensions, shape, colour, partitions, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. They cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a defect or a non-conforming product.

How to exercise your right

Fill in the form below. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email on a durable medium. For eligible standard products, the refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same means of payment as that used for the purchase.
