Applicable to all standard Moskera products


Custom-made products - not eligible for return

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, products manufactured to measure are excluded from the right of return, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Eligible products & timeframe

Standard products (door mosquito nets, spare parts) may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept any returns.

How to process a return

Step 1 - Contact us

Send an email to support@moskera.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you promptly.

Step 2 - Prepare your parcel

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

Step 3 - Use the prepaid label

We will send you a free return label. All return shipping costs are fully covered by Moskera.

Carrier note: In Europe, returns are mainly handled by Chronopost Shop2Shop. Depending on your country and our local logistics partners, the carrier may vary - our team will let you know the appropriate provider for your area.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your parcel, your refund will be processed within 1 to 4 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Defective or damaged item

If your order has a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before or during delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Contact us with a photo of the issue at support@moskera.com.
