1. Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours after receipt. For made-to-measure products, manufacturing may take up to 7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Fees: Exact shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your destination and the option you choose.

3. Delivery Options: We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

  • Standard sizes: dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, then usually 5 to 9 business days to your door, depending on your country.
  • Made-to-measure: manufacturing up to 7 days, then usually 5 to 9 business days.
  • The carrier for your country and the exact delivery window are shown on our Delivery & Returns page and at checkout.

4. Parcel Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time until delivery.

5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We will not be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is identified before shipment, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.

6. Delivery Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues. We will inform you as soon as possible in case of a delay and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
